PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We provide day-to-day management of project deliverables; identifying opportunities, mitigating challenges, risks and issues, and managing relationships with stakeholders, consultants and contractors.
PROJECT COMMISSIONING
Upon completion of works we manage project commissioning ensuring all infrastructure is inspected for defects and an appropriate defect rectification program is implemented to achieve certification.
